She started as a management trainee for a life insurance company and after a short period found herself in a human resources training role. After a few years with increased responsibility Anne wanted more and determined that an advanced degree at Columbia University would provide a solid foundation. With her MBA in Finance and Marketing she found herself working for a small electronics distributor in strategic planning and eventually selling to startups and established companies in Silicon Valley California. She honed her skills and developed unique selling programs to attract new business.
Looking to grow her skills and experiences she took a variety of positions in Insurance and Financial Services. Managing small and large teams she built her expertise in marketing, call centers, program design and planning. At one point she found herself leading a large business unit responsible for over $2 Billion in premium and 700 employees generating over 10% growth each year.
It was time to give back and that led to the non-profit area gaining greater skills developing new brands, creating and leading community volunteers as well as developing multiple workshops targeting all ages.
